WE LEASED BUILDING & EQUIPMENT TO 501C3S THAT PROVIDE SERVICES TO WOMEN & CHILDREN IN WEST YAVAPAI COUNTY THAT NEED SERVICES DUE TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, DRUG/ALCOHOL RECOVERY, HOMELESSNESS ETC. THIS INCLUDES COUNSELING, EMPLOYMENTS, HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, AND AFFORDABLE LEASES TO SOCIAL ENTERPRISE PROJECTS WHERE FUNDS FROM THESE PROJECTS SUPPORT SERVICES TO ABOVE INDIVIDUALS. IN 2023, WE LEASED TO STEPPING STONES 5 2 BEDROOM / 2 BATH UNITS WELL BELOW MARKET RENTS FOR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE VICTIMS. WE LEASED TO STEP ONE FOUNDATION AT BELOW MARKET RENTS TO OPERATE THEIR 12 STEP BOOKSTORE, 12 STEP MEETING HALL, & THRIFT STORE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE.
