LEASE BUILDING EQUIPMENT TO 501-C-3S THAT PROVIDE SERVICES TO WOMEN CHILDREN IN WEST YAVAPAI COUNTY THAT NEED SERVICES DUE TO DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, SEXUAL ASSAULT, DRUG/ALCOHOL RECOVERY, HOMELESSNESS ETC. THIS INCLUDES COUNSELING, EMPLOYMENT, HOUSING, TRANSPORTATION SERVICES AS WELL AS THRIFT STORES THAT RAISE MONEY FOR THESE AGENCIES. STEP ONE COMMUNITY CENTER OPERATES OUT OF THESE FACILITIES.
STEP ONE COMMUNITY CENTER HOSTED 8- 12 STEP SELF HELP GROUPS EVERY WEEK FOR 52 WEEKS. HOSTED 29 TRAINING/DEVELOPMENT EVENTS IN THE STEP ONE TRAINING ROOM. OVERALL THE COMMUNITY CENTER SPACE WAS USED AN AVERAGE OF 4 HOURS PER DAY IN 2021
