TITUS II, INC. OPERATES AS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION SERVING WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN NEED. SERVICES ARE EXTENDED TO WOMEN 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER OF ALL RACES AND FAITHS, WHO HAVE CHILDREN OR NOT, OR WHO ARE PREGNANT. TITUS II, INC. CHARTERED IN APRIL 2008 AND HAS OPERATIONAL HEADQUARTERS AT 7005 CO RD 82 SE, ALEXANDRIA, MN 56308. TITUS II, INC'S ACTIVITIES INCLUDE IN THE FIRST 3-6 MONTHS OF THE PROGRAM WORKING ON SPIRITUAL, MENTAL, AND PHYSICAL HEALTH. DURING WHICH THEY WILL ALSO BE WORKING ON SOCIAL WELFARE AND BASIC LIFE SKILLS. THE WOMEN WHETHER THEY LIVE IN THE HOUSE OR JUST ATTEND THE MEETINGS WILL BE IN A SAFE ENVIRONMENT THAT WILL HELP THEM TO SEE THEIR WORTH TO THEMSELVES, THEIR FAMILIES, AND THE COMMUNITY THEY LIVE IN.


SOME OF THE SERVICES CURRENTLY PROVIDED INCLUDE SINGLE AGAIN SUPPORT GROUP, BIBLE STUDIES, GUIDANCE IN SETTING AND ACHIEVING GOALS, HELP WITH STRENGTHENING BASIC LIVING AND BUDGETING SKILLS, WE WILL ALSO ASSIST WITH REFERRALS TO AGENCIES IN THE COMMUNITY WHICH CAN ADDRESS SPECIFIC NEEDS OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN SUCH AS EDUCATION, COUNSELING, LEGAL ADVICE, EMPLOYMENT, CHILDCARE. TITUS II, INC. PROMOTES SELF-SUFFICIENCY, SELF-RESPECT, PRIDE, AND ACHIEVEMENT OF PERSONAL GOALS.


TITUS II, INC. PLAYS A SIGNIFICANT ROLE IN THE PROMOTION OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR WOMEN IN NEED. THE WOMEN COME FROM VARIOUS AREAS AND EVENTS IN THEIR LIFE. TITUS II, INC. SEEKS TO HELP WOMEN IN MAKING PRODUCTIVE DECISIONS FOR THEIR LIFE AND TEACHES GOAL SETTING AND BUDGETING. IN THE FUTURE, TITUS II, INC. WILL PROVIDE A RECREATIONAL OUTLET FOR SINGLE PARENTS AND THEIR CHILDREN IN THE AREA. CURRENTLY, WE ARE ACCEPTING WOMEN INTO THE PROGRAM AND OUTREACHING WOMEN IN THE COMMUNITY WITH OUR CLASSES AND SUPPORT.


TITUS II, INC. WILL IMPLEMENT A LIFE SKILLS TRAINING COMPONENT FOR WOMEN IN NEED WITH A FOCUS ON INCREASING ACADEMIC READINESS AND EMPLOYMENT MARKETABILITY. THIS WILL BE DONE BY ENHANCING AREAS OF LEARNING AND STRENGTHENING MARKETABILITY SKILLS, THEY ALREADY HAVE. SUCH PROGRAMS COMBAT COMMUNITY DETERIORATION AND STRENGTHEN THEIR SELF-ESTEEM. TITUS II, INC. WILL ALSO PROVIDE JOB-RELATED SKILLS FOR THOSE WOMEN WHO CHOOSE TO FURTHER PURSUE THESE SKILLS.
