WORKFORCE ISSUES HAVE BECOME THE LARGEST AND MOST PRESSING ISSUE FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM MANUFACTURERS TO FIND QUALIFIED APPLICANTS TO FILL CRITICAL JOBS.

PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY AND PROCESSES: MANUFACTURERS SEEK TO BE INCREASINGLY PRODUCTIVE THROUGH THE APPLICATION OF NEW MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGIES AND IMPROVEMENT PROCESSES. CAMPS PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR MANUFACTURERS TO MEET AND LEARN FROM MANUFACTURING EXPERTS AND FROM EACH OTHER. CAMPS PUBLISHED 16 VIDEOS ON YOUTUBE IN 2022 FEATURING MANUFACTURING TOPICS FROM EVENTS, MANUFACTURING TOURS, AND INTERVIEWS WITH MANUFACTURING LEADERS.


MANUFACTURING WORKFORCE PIPELINE ACTIVITIES: CAMPS ENGAGES IN SEVERAL WORKFORCE PIPELINE INITIATIVES TO PROVIDE A MORE HIGHLY SKILLED WORKFORCE TO MEET THE NEEDS OF MANUFACTURERS.
