MATERNAL, INFANT, EARLY CHILDHOOD HOME VISITATION PROGRAM IS TO INCREASE AVALABILITY OF EVIDENCE BASED HOME VISITATION PROGRAMS IN AT RISK COMMUNITIES.
EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS ARE INTENDED TO ENHANCE THE CAPACITY AND QUALITY OF CHILDCARE SERVICES TO HELP PARENTS OBTAIN OR RETAIN EMPLOYMENT.
