FUNDS RAISED BY THE SMPC PROVIDE OUR POLICE DEPARTMENT WITH THE NECESSARY TOOLS AND TRAINING THAT ADEQUATELY PREPARE THEM FOR THEIR POSITIONS THAT ARE NOT WITHIN OUR CITYS STRAINED BUDGET.
