HUNGER TRUST FUND - A NEIGHBORHOOD-BASED EMERGENCY FOOD PROGRAM PROVIDING EMERGENCY FOOD AND FOOD VOUCHERS, AND CONGREGATE MEALS FOR THE NEEDY.
