FOOD SUPPORT- PROVIDE NUTRITION EDUCATION, MONTHLY FOOD BOXES TO ELDERLY AND WIC PARTICIPANTS, COLLECT AND DISSEMINATE FOOD SUPPLIES TO LOW INCOME HOUSEHOLDS, AND ACT AS ADVOCATE FOR COUNTY RESIDENTS IN NEED.
EDUCATION- PROVIDE QUALITY ADULT EDUCATION PROGRAMS INCLUDING SKILLS ASSESSMENT, ONSITE TESTING, REMEDIAL CLASSES, TUTORING, EMPLOYMENT TRAINING, AND STUDY SKILLS.COUNSELING IN PRISON AND EMPLOYMENT READINESS INSTRUCTION.AGING- PROVIDE CONGREGATE AND HOMEBOUND MEALS, EDUCATION CLASSES, COMPUTER TRAINING, HEALTH EDUCATION, SCREENING, TAX COUNSELING AND IN HOME SERVICES OF PERSONAL CARE AND OTHER SUPPORT ACTIVITES.PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT- PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO "IN NEED" INDIVIDUALS AND PROVIDE INCUBATED OFFICE SPACE TO PROMOTE ECONOMIC GROWTH.SUPPORT SERVICES- PROVIDES INFORMATION AND REFERRALS TO OTHER AGENCIES IN THE COUNTY TO STREAMLINE CLIENT ACCESS, INTAKE AND CASE MANAGEMENT FOR EFFICIENCY AND CLIENT CONVENIENCE.OTHER- RECOGNIZED FOR INNOVATIVE AND STRONG FUNDRAISING AND DEVELOPMENT PRACTICES.
