MEMBERS ARE INVOLVED IN THE CONSTRUCTION AND USE OF STANDARDIZED TESTS, NEW FORMS OF ASSESSMENT, INCLUDING PERFORMANCE-BASED ASSESSMENT, PROGRAM DESIGN, AND PROGRAM EVALUATION.
