MERAKEY BUCKS COUNTY PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL, CASE MANAGEMENT, AND FAMILY-BASED SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS THROUGHOUT BUCKS COUNTY. THE COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION HOME EMPHASIZED THE SAFETY AND WELLNESS OF ITS RESIDENTS BY ADOPTING SAFETY PROTOCOLS AND USING TECHNOLOGY TO ENSURE THAT SERVICES CONTINUED THROUGHOUT THE PANDEMIC. THIS SUPPORT AND DEDICATION WAS REPLICATED IN THE HOMES SERVING INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, USING TECHNOLOGY TO ENHANCE THE INDEPENDENCE OF INDIVIDUALS LIVING THERE. SERVICES IN BUCKS COUNTY ALSO FOCUS ON STRENGTHENING FAMILIES THROUGH THE PROVISION OF FAMILY-BASED MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, INTENSIVE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES, AND AND EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAM. THESE PROGRAMS HAVE RECEIVED RECOGNITION FOR THE SATISFACTION AND OUTCOMES OF THE INDIVIDUALS THAT THEY SERVE.MERAKEY BUCKS COUNTY ALSO SERVES OVER 200 INDIVIDUALS IN IT BLENDED CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, WHICH PROVIDES SERVICE COORDINATION FOR PSYCHIATRIC, MEDICAL, SOCIAL, AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES. THIS PROGRAM PARTNERED WITH COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS TO SECURE GRANTS TO REDUCE FOOD INSECURITY OF INDIVIDUALS IMPACTED BY THE PANDEMIC AND ECONOMIC STRESSES.
