COMMUNITY BUILDING AND ORGANIZING- BUILDING CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND EMPOWERMENT THROUGH DEVELOPING RESIDENT LEADERSHIP FOR ADVOCAY AND PROGRAMMING.
