THE FOUNDATION SPONSORS THE SALE OF SPECIALIZED LICENSE PLATES TO NEVADA RESIDENTS THROUGH THE NEVADA DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES. FUNDS WILL BE USED TO OPERATE A MOBILE WILDLIFE INTERPRETIVE CENTER AND RELATED PROGRAMS FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROMOTING AND ENHANCING THE CONSERVATION OF NEVADA'S WILDLIFE AND THEIR HABITAT, AS WELL AS PROVIDING EDUCATION IN RELATION TO HABITAT RESTORATION AND RELATED ETHICAL ISSUES. THE FOUNDATION MAY PUBLSH VARIOUS EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS FOR THE PURPOSE OF EDUCATING THE PUBLIC AS TO NEVADA'S WILDLIFE AND THEIR HABITAT AS WELL AS THE CONSERVATION AND RESTORATION THEREOF.
