GODDARD HOUSE EMBRACES THE AGING EXPERIENCE FOR SENIORS LIVING IN THE BOSTON AREA BY OPERATING A HIGH-QUALITY ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY AND BY CREATING INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS WHICH SUPPORT OUR NEED FOR PURPOSE, ENGAGEMENT, AUTONOMY, AND CHOICE AS WE AGE.

GODDARD HOUSE IS AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY WHERE OLDER ADULTS FIND THE SERVICES AND SECURITY THEY NEED WITHOUT GIVING UP THE TRADITIONS AND INDEPENDENCE THEY CHERISH. THE ASSISTED LIVING COMMUNITY CREATES AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE RESIDENTS MAINTAIN THEIR DIGNITY, PRIDE AND INDIVIDUALITY. IT OFFERS 119 BEAUTIFULLY DESIGNED STUDIOS AND ONE AND TWO-BEDROOM APARTMENTS. THESE INCLUDE THE "OLMSTED PLACE" MEMORY-IMPAIRMENT PROGRAM, WHICH HAS 44 APARTMENTS. IN 2021, 15% OF THE UNITS OF THE ASSISTED LIVING ARE DEVOTED TO OCCUPANTS WITH BELOW MARKET INCOME.
