SENIOR LIVING OF BEDFORD ("SLB") WAS FORMED ON DECEMBER 31, 2018 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AND OPERATING A SENIOR LIVING FACILITY IN BEDFORD, NEW HAMPSHIRE. ON APRIL 25, 2019, SLB ENTERED INTO A PURCHASE AND SALE AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE AN APPROXIMATELY 16 ACRE PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT 24 OLD BEDFORD ROAD, BEDFORD, NEW HAMPSHIRE. SLB PLANS TO CONSTRUCT THEREON A 105 UNIT SENIOR HOUSING FACILITY OF APPROXIMATELY 95,800 SQUARE FEET. THIS PROJECT IS PLANNED TO INCLUDE 69 ASSISTED LIVING UNITS AND 36 MEMORY CARE UNITS. THE THREE STORY BUILDING WILL INCLUDE COMMON AREAS FOR DINING, ACTIVITIES, ART AND MUSIC, LIBRARY, AND FITNESS AS WELL AS OFFICE AND SUPPORT SERVICE AREAS. THE FACILITY HAS RECEIVED APPROVALS FROM THE BEDFORD PLANNING BOARD AND WILL BE LICENSED BY THE NEW HAMPSHIRE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES FOR SUPPORTED RESIDENTIAL CARE. THE FACILITY WILL BE OPERATED BY SLB WITH THE INTENTION OF PROVIDING THE HIGHEST QUALITY SERVICES IN THE MOST COST EFFICIENT MANNER IN ORDER TO MEET THE RESIDENTIAL NEEDS OF SENIORS REQUIRING ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE IN THE GREATER BEDFORD, NEW HAMPSHIRE AREA.
