IN 1927 SEVEN WOMEN'S CLUBS OF LINCOLN COUNTY ORGANIZED AND OPENED A BOARDING HOME FOR THE ELDERLY ON SEVEN DOLLARS AND A DREAM. THESE WOMEN SET THE HIGH BAR OF EXCELLENCE IN CARING AND IN GIVING. IT IS WITH THEIR EXAMPLE THAT WE ARE ENTRUSTED TO CARRY ON THE MISSION PROVIDING JOYFUL AND ABUNDANT LIVING FOR SENIORS ON THE COAST OF MAINE.LINCOLN HOME NOW OFFERS A VARIETY OF SUPPORT SERVICES IN THE SETTINGS OF INDEPENDENT LIVING, ASSISTED LIVING, PRIVATE DUTY HOME CARE AND MEMORY LOSS CARE IN A SMALL HOME LIKE ENVIRONMENT TO SENIORS. BEGUN AS A SIMPLE BOARDING HOME FOR THE ELDERLY THE LINCOLN HOME HAS EVOLVED OVER THE YEARS TO SERVE THE NEEDS AND DESIRES OF ALL SENIORS. LINCOLN HOME HAS BEEN PROVIDING EXCELLENCE IN CARE IN AN EXTRAORDINARY SETTING FOR OVER 80 YEARS AND IS COMMITTED TO GROWING THE MANY SERVICES IT PROVIDES TO SENIORS.
