THE ELIZABETH SETON RESIDENCE IS AN 84-BED NOT FOR PROFIT CATHOLIC SKILLED NURSING AND REHABILITATION FACILITY LOCATED IN WELLESLEY HILLS, MASSACHUSETTS. IT WAS FIRST OPENED BY THE SISTERS OF CHARITY (HALIFAX) IN 1980 AND WAS RENOVATED IN 2010 TO SUPPORT PERSON-CENTERED CARE AND A MORE HOMELIKE ENVIRONMENT. ALL ARE WELCOME REGARDLESS OF RELIGION, RACE, ETHNIC BACKGROUND, GENDER OR NATIONAL ORIGIN. WE PROVIDE COMPASSIONATE LONG TERM CARE, PALLIATIVE CARE, HOSPICE AND RESPITE STAYS IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT PROVIDES MEDICAL, SPIRITUAL, AND SOCIAL SUPPORT OF RESIDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. OUR DEDICATED 16 BED SHORT-TERM REHABILITATION UNIT PROVIDES EXCEPTIONAL THERAPY AND NURSING CARE TO THOSE REQUIRING SKILLED INTERVENTION PRIOR TO RETURNING HOME AFTER AN ILLNESS OR SURGERY. THE RESIDENCE IS MEDICARE AND MEDICAID CERTIFIED AND WE ARE PROUD OF OUR CMS 5-STAR QUALITY RATING. WE WERE NAMED A TOP PERFORMING NURSING HOME BY US NEWS AND WORLD REPORT FOR THE PAST SIX YEARS AND CONSISTENTLY MEET OR EXCEED STATE AND NATIONAL QUALITY STANDARDS.
