CHERRY BROOK HEALTH CARE CENTER'S PROGRAMS SERVE OUR COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL REHABILITATIVE, SHORT-TERM, LONG TERM, HOSPICE OR RESPITE CARE. THE CENTER HOUSES 100 INDIVIDUALS FOR INPATIENT CARE AND ALSO OFFERS OUTPATIENT THERAPY SERVICES.
MIDDLEBURY SERVES INDIVIDUALS WITH PHYSICAL DISABILITIES AND/OR SENIORS, IN A 5 UNIT RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY WHICH PROMOTES INDEPENDENCE.
