JOHN'S MEADOWS, IS A VIBRANT RESIDENTAL SENIOR COMMUNITY, SERVING MORE THAN 300 RESIDENTS IN 176 INDEPENDENT APARTMENTS, 80 MODERATE LEVEL OF CARE APARTMENTS AND 38 HIGH LEVEL OF CARE APARTMENTS. IN ADDITION, 28 APARTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFIED LOW INCOME RESIDENTS OF THE TOWN OF BRIGHTON. ELDERS LIVING AT ST. JOHN'S MEADOWS STAY INVOLVED IN AND CONNECTED TO THE THINGS THEY LOVE AND SERVICES THEY NEED. THE CONVENIENT AND CENTRAL LOCATION IN THE TOWN OF BRIGHTON, NY, ENABLES RESIDENTS TO REMAIN ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS IN THE GREATER ROCHESTER COMMUNITY.
