THE HIGHLANDS AT WYOMISSING OPERATES 298 RESIDENTIAL LIVING FACILITY THAT PROVIDES HOUSING, SOCIAL SERVICE SUPPORT, SOCIAL ACTIVITIES, AND HEALTH AND WELLNESS ACTIVITIES TO OUR RESIDENTS. DURING FY 2021, THE HIGHLANDS AT WYOMISSING PROVIDED SERVICES TO 390 RESIDENTS FOR A TOTAL OF 124,123 RESIDENT DAYS.


THE HIGHLANDS AT WYOMISSING OPERATES 63 BED PERSONAL CARE AND MEMORY SUPPORT FACILITY THAT PROVIDES HOUSING, SUPERVISED DAILY ACTIVITIES, AND MODERATE MEDICAL CARE TO OUR RESIDENTS. DURING FY 2021, THE HIGHLANDS AT WYOMISSING PROVIDED SERVICES TO 88 RESIDENTS FOR A TOTAL OF 21,134 RESIDENT DAYS.
