MCGREGOR PACE (PROGRAM OF ALL-INCLUSIVE CARE FOR THE ELDERLY) ENABLES LOW-INCOME SENIORS IN THE GREATER CLEVELAND AREA TO AGE AT HOME RATHER THAN IN A RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY. THE PROGRAM IS BASED ON THE BELIEF THAT IT IS BETTER FOR THE WELL-BEING OF SENIORS WITH CHRONIC CARE NEEDS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO BE SERVED IN THE COMMUNITY WHENEVER POSSIBLE. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES ALL INCLUSIVE HEALTHCARE THROUGH AN ON SITE CLINIC AND COMMUNITY OF PHYSICIANS AND PARTICIPATION AT THE ADULT DAY CARE CENTER INCLUDING MEALS, SUPERVISION & ACTIVITIES. THE PROGRAM SERVES MORE THAN 600 SENIORS ON A DAILY BASIS.
