GLEN ARDEN OFFERS 148 INDEPENDENT LIVING UNITS/APARTMENTS AND VARIOUS AMENITIES AND SERVICES SUCH AS AN ON-SITE BEAUTY/BARBER PARLOR, BANK, BILLIARDS ROOM, LIBRARY, INDOOR SWIMMING POOL, HEALTH CLUB AND RESTAURANT- STYLE DINING ROOM. GLEN ARDEN ALSO OFFERS A VARIETY OF SOCIAL, RECREATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS. THE YEAR ENDED WITH 66 UNITS OCCUPIED.
