OPEN EDUCATION RESOURCE (OER) PROGRAMOUR OER PROGRAM CONTINUES TO BE A RESOUNDING SUCCESS. THE NUMBER OF UNIQUE USERS WHO CONTRIBUTE RESEARCH AND DOWNLOAD MATERIALS AT THE WEBSITE HTTP://VOER.EDU.VN IS 50,000 TO 80,000 PER DAY. IN PEAK PERIOD, THIS NUMBER CAN REACH 100,000 USERS. TO ACCOMMODATE THE RISING CROWD OF USERS, WE HAVE BEEN DEVELOPING FURTHER USER-NEEDED FUNCTIONS FOR OUR HANOI SPRING SOFTWARE AND MAINTAINING STRONG HARDWARE WITH 5 SERVERS AT OUR DATA CENTER. OER TEAM HAVE BEEN IN COLLABORATION WITH SEVERAL UNIVERSITIES TO PROMOTE THE IMPORTANCE, UNDERSTANDING AND USAGE OF OER PLATFORM. TOTAL EXPENSE IS $29,568.07.
KHAN ACADEMY VIETNAM (KAV)KHAN ACADEMY VIETNAMS MISSION IS TO ACCELERATE THE SELF-LEARNING CAPABILITIES OF MORE THAN 22 MILLIONS STUDENTS IN VIETNAM. AT THE SAME TIME, KAV ALSO EQUIPS TEACHERS WITH A POWERFUL LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM THAT BETTER FACILITATES THE TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCESS, AND ALLOWS PARENTS TO MONITOR THEIR KIDS ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE MORE EASILY AT HOME. MOREOVER, KAV EXPANDS STUDENTS LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES, IN WHICH STUDENTS CAN EASILY HAVE ACCESS TO MATH AND SCIENCE LESSONS IN BOTH VIETNAMESE AND ENGLISH, AS WELL AS FREE SAT PRACTICE. AUTHORIZED BY KHAN ACADEMY USA SINCE 2020, VNF HAS BEEN LOCALIZING K-12 MATH CONTENTS WHILE SCIENCE, COMPUTING AND LIFE SKILLS SUBJECTS WILL BE OUR NEXT PRIORITIES. WE HAVE BUILT MEANINGFUL ALLIANCES WITH PROMINENT ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS IN VIETNAM SUCH AS THE VIETNAM NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF EDUCATIONAL SCIENCES, THE VIETNAM INSTITUTE FOR ADVANCED STUDY IN MATHEMATICS, AND LOCAL DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING. THROUGH THESE ALLIANCES, WE ARE ABLE TO ENSURE THAT KATV CONTENTS ARE APPROPRIATELY ALIGNED WITH THE OFFICIAL NATIONAL K-12 CURRICULUM SO KATV CAN HELP STRENGTHEN VIETNAMESE STUDENTS IN THEIR DAILY STUDY.
