EMERGING PUBLIC LEADERS (EPL) IS A PUBLIC SERVICE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION PARTNERING WITH GOVERNMENTS IN AFRICA TO DRIVE STRONGER CITIZEN OUTCOMES BY CO-CREATING A NEW GENERATION OF YOUNG CIVIL SERVICE LEADERS COMMITTED TO ACHIEVING EXTRAORDINARY SOCIAL IMPACT AND SERVICE DELIVERY.
