EMERGING PUBLIC LEADERS (EPL) IS A PUBLIC SERVICE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT ORGANIZATION PARTNERING WITH GOVERNMENTS IN AFRICA TO DRIVE STRONGER CITIZEN OUTCOMES BY CO-CREATING A NEW GENERATION OF YOUNG CIVIL SERVICE LEADERS COMMITTED TO ACHIEVING EXTRAORDINARY SOCIAL IMPACT AND SERVICE DELIVERY. EPL HELPS STRENGTHEN CAPACITIES IN AFRICAN GOVERNMENTS THROUGH AN INNOVATIVE MODEL INVOLVING MERITOCRATIC SELECTION AND PLACEMENT OF HIGHLY MOTIVATED AND HIGH-ACHIEVING YOUNG AFRICANS INTO GOVERNMENT THROUGH OUR FLAGSHIP PROGRAM--THE PUBLIC SERVICE FELLOWSHIP.
