BUILDING OFF ITS OWN EXPERIENCES, POMED GUIDES AND MENTORS ITS PARTNERS IN PRODUCING POLICY ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPING POLICY RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THEIR NATIONAL POLICYMAKERS, MIRRORING THE ROLE PLAYED BY POMED IN WASHINGTON.
