FULL LIFE DIRECTLY SERVED 68 INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE STATE OF HAWAII DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED MEDICAID WAIVER PROGRAM. FULL LIFE PROVIDED 11 SUPPORTS TO HELP PEOPLE REMAIN INDEPENDENT IN THEIR HOMES, 11 COMMUNITY SERVICES TO PROMOTE FULL INCLUSION, AND 11 EMPLOYMENT SERVICES TO HELP PEOPLE DISCOVER CAREER GOALS, OBTAIN COMPETITIVE INTEGRATED EMPLOYMENT OR SELF-EMPLOYMENT, AND COACHING ON THE JOB. FULL LIFE OPERATED A DDD DAY SERVICES ART BASED FULLY INTEGRATED PROGRAM IN WEST HAWAII. OVER 50 ADDITIONAL PEOPLE WERE SERVED THROUGH INCLUSIVE ART PROGRAMMING AND FESTIVALS.
