PUBLIC EDUCATION PROGRAMS INCLUDING THE ORGANIZATION OF STATE-WIDE PUBLIC MEETINGS AND FORUMS, OFTEN AT NO CHARGE TO THE PUBLIC, ON A WIDE RANGE OF CIVIL LIBERTIES AND CIVIL RIGHTS ISSUES. LEGAL ADVOCACY THROUGH RESEARCH, DEMAND LETTERS, AND/OR LITIGATION ON A RANGE OF CIVIL LIBERTIES AND CIVIL RIGHTS ISSUES. LITIGATION PROGRAM, WHICH RECEIVES AND SCREENS CIVIL LIBERTIES COMPLAINTS.LEGISLATIVE: RESEARCHED AND DRAFTED LEGISLATIVE TESTIMONY ON AN AVERAGE OF 75 TO 100 PIECES OF LEGISLATIVE TESTIMONY ON A WIDE RANGE OF CIVIL LIBERTIES AND CIVIL RIGHTS ISSUES.
