FROM JANUARY THROUGH DECEMBER 2022, HAWAII CRAFTSMEN COMPLETED THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMMATIC ACTIVITIES: AHA HANA LIMA -1 WORKSHOP, RAKU HOOLAULEA 2022, AND ANNUAL STATEWIDE JURIED EXHIBITION 2022. HAWAII CRAFTSMEN PRESENTED 7 FREE-TO-THE-PUBLIC ARTIST LECTURES, 7 EVENT RECEPTIONS, 1 PUBLIC ARTIST DEMONSTRATION, 1 HANDS-ON WORKSHOP, AND 3 EXHIBITIONS, ANNUAL STATEWIDE JURIED EXHIBITION TRAVELED TO MAUI. WE PROVIDED ARTISTS WITH 176 UNIQUE ARTISTIC EXPERIENCES, AND 4,200 MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC ATTENDED OUR EVENTS. WE SOLD 57 FINE CRAFT ART PIECES TOTALING 109,640 AND PAID 65,000 TO ARTISTS FOR SALES (SOME PAID IN 2023). WE GAVE 34 AWARDS TOTALING 12,000 IN CASH.
