THE ARC OF KONA PROVIDED A DOMICILIARY HOME TO 4 RESIDENTS FROM JULY 2020 THRU JUNE 2021. THIS SERVICE PROVIDES ASSISTED LIVING SUPPORTS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.
THE ARC OF KONA PROVIDED PERSON CENTERED, INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORTS AND SERVICES TO 79 INDIVIDUALS THAT SUPPORTS OUR PARTICIPANTS TO LIVE IN THEIR HOMES AND COMMUNITIES THROUGH SERVICES THAT PROMOTE EACH PERSON SELF DETERMINATION, HEALTH, COMMUNITY INTEGRATION, EMPLOYMENT GOALS, AND SAFETY.
THE ARC OF KONA PROVIDED AGENCY BASED CLASSROOM TRAINING, SMALL GROUP COMMUNITY BASED LEARNING SERVICES AND TELEHEALTH SERVICES AS SPECIFIED IN INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICE PLANS FOR AN AVERAGE OF 18 INDIVIDUALS INCLUDING OTHER SERVICES SUCH AS DAILY TRANSPORTATION, MEALS, AND BASIC LIFE SKILLS TRAINING.
