CDAC WILL UNIFY, EMPOWER AND PROMOTE THE ARTS IN THE CALIFORNIA DESERT. CDAC INITIATIVES ARE CULTURAL TOURISM, PROFESSION DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY. PY EXPENSES WERE 100,000.
