AMOR CREATES GLOBAL PARTNERSHIPS TO ASSIST AND EQUIP LOCAL LEADERS TO SERVE THE NEEDS OF THEIR COMMUNITIES. AMOR'S COMMUNITY-BASED PROGRAMS SEEK TO ADDRESS ISSUES SEPARATING FAMILIES, SUCH AS: INADEQUATE SHELTER, FOOD INSECURITY, LACK OF EDUCATIONAL ACCESS, AND UNEMPLOYMENT.

GROUPS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD TRAVEL ON SHORT-TERM MISSION TRIPS ANNUALLY AND JOIN IN GROUPS OR TEAMS TO CONSTRUCT HOMES FOR THE IMPOVERISHED. THE PURPOSE OF THE AMOR MISSION TRIP IS TO PROVIDE PEOPLE AN OPPORTUNITY TO LIVE THE LIFE OF SERVICE TO WHICH WE ARE CALLED AND MAKE A DIRECT IMPACT ON THE PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL NEEDS OF THE POOR.APPROXIMATELY 3636 PEOPLE PARTICIPATED IN AMOR MISSION TRIPS IN 2023 AND THE AMOR VOLUNTEERS CONSTRUCTED 200 HOMES IN MEXICO. OVER $43,106 WAS USED TO PURCHASE FOOD STAPLES IN MEXICO THAT WERE USED FOR FEEDING PROGRAMS FOR HUNGRY CHILDREN AND EMERGENCY FOOD SUPPLIED FOR FAMILIES IN NEED.
