SO THAT THE GREATEST AMOUNT OF HEALTH CARE SERVICES MAY BE EXTENDED TO THE GREATEST NUMBER OF PERSONS SERVED BY MEMORIAL HEALTH SYSTEMS, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATED ENTITIES.
