AND STAR PEPPER NEONATAL INTENSIVE CARE UNIT" IN RECOGNITION OF THE LEAD DONORS TO THE CAMPAIGN. THE EXPANDED FACILITY IS 15 TIMES THE SIZE OF THE FORMER FACILITY AND HAS CAPACITY TO CARE FOR 14 ADDITIONAL NEWBORNSALLOWING THE NICU TEAM TO CARE FOR EVEN MORE OF THE MOST VULNERABLE BABIES IN OUR COMMUNITY.MERCY MCMAHON TERRACE DINING ROOM AND KITCHEN RENOVATIONMERCY FOUNDATION RAISED PHILANTHROPIC SUPPORT TO COMPLETE A RENOVATED AND EXPANDED KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM AT MERCY MCMAHON TERRACE, WHICH HAS BEEN HOME TO THOUSANDS OF SACRAMENTO AREA SENIORS OVER MORE THAN THREE DECADES. TO ENSURE THE NEEDS OF CURRENT AND FUTURE RESIDENTS WILL BE MET, THE EXPANSION AND RENOVATION KITCHEN WILL ACCOMMODATE HIGHER NUMBERS OF RESIDENTS WHO DINE AT HOME, FACILITATE MORE FLEXIBLE DINING HOURS, AND OFFER A WIDER ARRAY OF MEAL OPTIONS FOR MEMBERS OF THIS LOVING COMMUNITY. MERCY PEDALERSMERCY FOUNDATION HAS PROVIDED CONTINUED FUNDING TO MERCY PEDALERS, WHICH HELPS MEN, WOMEN AND FAMILIES EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS AND OFFERS HOPE FOR A BRIGHTER FUTURE. WITH ITS 100-STRONG VOLUNTEER TEAM, PEDALERS BICYCLE DAILY THROUGH DOWNTOWN SACRAMENTO TO OFFER REFRESHMENT, FOOD, HYGIENE ITEMS, AND START CONVERSATIONS WITH MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY WHO OFTEN FEEL INVISIBLE.
