THE RIVERSIDE ARTS COUNCIL WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE THE VISUAL, PERFORMING AND LITERARY ARTS AND CULTURE IN THE CITY AND COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE. THE COUNCIL PROVIDES TECHNICAL SUPPORT, TRAINING, REFERRAL, AND JOINT MARKETING RESOURCES TO AREA ARTISTS AND ARTISTIC ASSOCIATIONS.
