PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS THE CALIFORNIA YMCA YOUTH & GOVERNMENT PROVIDED TWO MAJOR YOUTH EDUCATION CONFERENCES AND THREE TRAINING CONFERENCES FOR OVER 3,000 MIDDLE SCHOOL AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS FROM THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. THE STUDENTS JOIN CLUBS AT THEIR LOCAL YMCA TO PREPARE FOR, AND RAISE FUNDS FOR THEIR PARTICIPATION IN OUR CONFERENCES. THE HIGHLIGHT CONFERENCE FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WAS THE 66TH ANNUAL STATE MODEL LEGISLATURE AND COURT THAT TAKES PLACE AT THE STATE CAPITOL IN SACRAMENTO.
