TO SUPPORT OROVILLE HOSPITAL IN IT'S ONGOING MISSION AND TO ENSURE THE OROVILLE COMMUNITY HAS ACCESS TO COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH CARE SERVICES NOW AND IN THE FUTURE.

OROHEALTH CORPORATION IS A 501(C)(3) NON PROFIT CORPORATION FORMED IN SUPPORT OF OROVILLE HOSPITAL AND ITS MISSION TO PROVIDE HEALTH CARE SERVICES TO THE CITY OF OROVILLE AND THE SURROUNDING FOOTHILL COMMUNITIES. SUPPORT IS PROVIDED TO THE HOSPITAL IN THE FORM OF MANAGEMENT SERVICES. ALL TOP LEVEL EXECUTIVES: CEO, COO, CFO, CNO, CRO, CIO AND EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ARE EMPLOYED DIRECTLY BY OROHEALTH CORPORATION.


OROHEALTH CORPORATION PROVIDES MEDICAL OFFICE SPACE FOR PHYSICIANS ON THE MEDICAL STAFF OF OROVILLE HOSPITAL, AS WELL AS TO DEPARTMENTS OF OROVILLE HOSPITAL. THIS SPACE IS IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO THE HOSPITAL CAMPUS, SO PHYSICIANS FIND IT EFFICIENT TO SEE THEIR PATIENTS BOTH IN OFFICE AND IN HOSPITAL. THE PATIENTS ALSO FIND IT MORE CONVENIENT TO HAVE THEIR PHYSICIANS AND ALL OTHER MEDICAL SERVICE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF EACH OTHER. THESE ON-SITE OFFICES ARE LEASED FOR SUPPORT SERVICES TO OROVILLE HOSPITAL AT A SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCED COST.
