BIENESTAR ALSO ENGAGES INCOMMUNITY ADVOCACY, MOBILIZATION, SOCIAL CULTURAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR ITS PROGRAMS PARTICIPANTS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
