THE LONG-TERM CARE OMBUDSMAN PROGRAM ADVOCATES FOR THE RIGHTS AND DIGNITY OF RESIDENTS IN RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITIES IN ORDER TO PROMOTE THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF LIFE FOR SENIORS AND DISABLED INDIVIDUALS.
THE PATIENTS' RIGHTS ADVOCATE IS A STATE MANDATED PROGRAM CHARGED WITH EMPOWERING AND ASSISTING RECIPIENTS OF MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO EXCERCISE THEIR CIVIL RIGHTS AND HUMAN RIGHTS.
