LITIGATION - INNOVATION LAW LAB'S_LITIGATION TEAM UTILIZES INFORMATION AGGREGATED _ THROUGH THE ORGANIZATION'S PRO BONO PROGRAMS TO MAKE DATA-INFORMED LITIGATON DECISIONS AND POLICY RECOMMENDATIONS THAT ADDRESS UNDERLYING SYSTEMIC ISSUES THAT IMPACT THE LIVES, RIGHTS AND SAFETY OF IMMIGRANTS AND REFUGEES

STRATEGIC LEGAL DESIGN - INNOVATION LAW LAB SEEKS TO ADDRESS SYSTEMIC POWER ASYMETRIES THAT KEEP IMMIGRANTS AND REFUGEES FROM ACCESSING JUSTICE BY DESIGNING EFFECTIVE AND HIGHLY SCALABLE PRO BONO LEGAL PROGRAMS IN UNDERSERVED DETENTIONS CENTERS AND HOSTILE JUDICAL JURISDICTIONS.


SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT - INNOVATION LAW LAB'S SOFTWARE ENGINEERS WORK CLOSELY WITH PROGRAM, LEGAL DESIGN, AND LITIGATION TEAMS TO DEVELOP TECHNOLOGY FOR LARGE SCALE CASE MANAGEMENT EFFICIENT REMOTE COLLABORATION, AND REAL TIME AGGREGATION OF DATA. BY BRINGING TECHNOLOGY TO THE FIGHT FOR JUSTICE, INNOVATION LAW LAB IS ABLE TO EFFICIENTLY SCALE PRO BONO PROGRAMS AND ESTABLISH INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN HISTORICALLY SILOED ADVOCACY SPACES.
