REMOVAL DEFENSE - THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES REPRESENTATION TO INDIVIDUALS WHOM THE GOVERNMENT IS SEEKING TO "REMOVE" (DEPORT) FROM THE UNITED STATES, AND WHO ARE PURSUING AVENUES TO CONTEST DEPORTATION AND ACHIEVE LEGAL IMMIGRATION STATUS IN THIS COUNTRY (INCLUDING ALL OF THE SERVICES LISTED ABOVE). THE PROGRAM PROVIDES REPRESENTATION AT BOTH THE ADMINISTRATIVE LEVEL AND ON APPEALS BEFORE THE FEDERAL COURTS.
VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN ACT (VAWA) - THIS PROGRAM ASSISTS INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE SURVIVORS OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, HUMAN TRAFFICKING, OR OTHER SERIOUS CRIMES AND ARE PURSUING LEGAL IMMIGRATION STATUS.
CHILDREN AND YOUTH ADVOCACY PROGRAM (CYAP) - THIS PROGRAM SERVES IMMIGRANT CHILDREN AND YOUTH AND UNACCOMPANIED MINORS, INCLUDING MANY WHO ARE SURVIVORS OF ABUSE, NEGLECT, ABANDONMENT, HUMAN TRAFFICKING, OR OTHER SERIOUS CRIMES AND ARE PURSUING LEGAL IMMIGRATION STATUS.
