BETHEL IS CONSIDERED A LARGE EXTENDED FAMILY WHERE RESIDENTS ARE PLACED "IN CARING HANDS" STAFF AND RESIDENTS TOGETHER FACILITATE A HIGH QUALITY OF LIFE.THE VERY HEART OF BETHEL CAN BE SEEN EACH DAY IN THE SPECIAL CARING THAT OCCURS. "IN CARING HANDS IS NOT ONLY A THEME BUT A REALITY THAT HAPPENS CONSISTENTLY IN MANY SPECIAL WAYS.IT OCCURS THROUGH STAFF MEMBERS WHO RESPOND BEYOND THE CALL OF THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION.
