BETHEL IS CONSIDERED A LARGE EXTENDED FAMILY WHERE RESIDENTS ARE PLACED "IN CARING HANDS" STAFF AND RESIDENTS TOGETHER FACILITATE A HIGH QUALITY OF LIFE.THE VERY HEART OF BETHEL CAN BE SEEN EACH DAY IN THE SPECIAL CARING THAT OCCURS. "IN CARING HANDS IS NOT ONLY A THEME BUT A REALITY THAT HAPPENS CONSISTENTLY IN MANY SPECIAL WAYS.IT OCCURS THROUGH STAFF MEMBERS WHO RESPOND BEYOND THE CALL OF THEIR JOB DESCRIPTION. IT OCCURS THROUGH AN ADMINISTRATION AND BOARD WHO WORK TOWARD STRIVING TO CREATE A VITAL MINISTRY FOR THE AGING. IT OCCURS THROUGH CHURCHES AND ORGANZATIONS WHO ENSURE THAT THE BETHELS MINISTRY IS MAINTAINED THROUGH GIVING SUPPORT TO MEET EVER EXPANDING NEED.
