THE CIVIC HEALTH INITIATIVE PROVIDES GRANT FUNDING, CAPACITY BUILDING SUPPORT, AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDE NONPROFITS WITH THE TOOLS TO SUPPORT STRONG, ENDURING, CIVIC ENGAGEMENT IN THEIR COMMUNITIES.
OTHER PROGRAMS: NWHF FUND II MANAGED MULTIPLE FUNDS FOCUSING ON HEALTH RESEARCH, CIVIC ENGAGEMENT, HEALTH POLICY, HEALTH AND EDUCATION, AND HEALTH AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY.
THE JUSTICE REINVESTMENT EQUITY PROGRAM (JREP) IS A NEW FUNDING PROGRAM THAT SEEKS TO REDUCE INCARCERATION, PROMOTE HEALING FOR SURVIVORS OF VIOLENCE, AND ADVANCE COMMUNITY SAFETY IN OREGON. JREP INVESTS IN CULTURALLY SPECIFIC ORGANIZATIONS AND CULTURALLY RESPONSIVE PROVIDERS THAT SERVE THE COMMUNITIES MOST HARMED AND LEAST HELPED BY THE CRIMINAL LEGAL SYSTEM. JREP PROVIDES GRANT FUNDING AND CAPACITY BUILDING SUPPORT TO BOTH EMERGING AND EXPERIENCED ORGANIZATIONS.
THE ADVANCING DISABILITY JUSTICE PROGRAM IS A COLLABORATION WITH OTHER DONORS TO PROVIDE GRANTS AND CAPACITY BUILDING TO SUPPORT THE LEADERSHIP OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND TO BUILD COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS AND ADDRESS ABLEISM.
