NOORA HEALTH DEVELOPS CONTENT AND SYSTEMS TO TRAIN AT-RISK PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES WITH HIGH-IMPACT HEALTH SKILLS TO IMPROVE OUTCOMES AND SAVE LIVES. IN 2021, THE NOORA HEALTH PROGRAM IMPLEMENTED THE CARE COMPANION PROGRAM (CCP) IN 162 NEW HEALTH FACILITIES TRAINING 712,077 CAREGIVERS REPRESENTING 497,326 PATIENTS. THIS BRINGS THE CUMULATIVE NUMBER OF CAREGIVERS TO 1,766,980 TRAINED AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2021. THE PROGRAM IS NOW LIVE OR UNDERGOING IMPLEMENTATION IN OVER 327 FACILITIES IN INDIA AND BANGLADESH WITH CONTENT AVAILABLE FOR POST-SURGICAL, CARDIAC, ONCOLOGY, AND NEONATAL/ANTENATAL CARE. THE PROGRAM CREATES MORE RESILIENT HEALTH SYSTEMS, LOWERS PREVENTABLE COMPLICATIONS, LOWERS RE-ADMISSIONS, AND SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCES ANXIETY FOR CAREGIVERS.
