ALSO PROVIDES GRANTS FOR CERTAIN DEMOLITION, ABATEMENT & UTILITY EXPANSION WORK.
COMMUNITY BLOCK DEVELOPMENT GRANT HOMEOWNER HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM FOR LOW- AND MODERATE-INCOME HOUSEHOLDS TO OBTAIN UP TO 25,000 IN 0% INTEREST LOANS TO IMPROVE THE SAFETY AND HABITABILITY OF RESIDENTIAL HOMES.
