1)TRADE SHOW AND OTHER EVENTS: ORGANIZED ANNUAL CONVENTION, USUALLY HELD IN THE END OF SEPTEMBER, TWO CONVENTIONS FELL WITHIN THIS YEAR END; PROVIDE PROGRAMS AND SEMINARS RELATING TO THE FOODSERVICE AND LODGING INDUSTRIES; ORGANIZED AN ANNUAL TRADE SHOW IN APRIL FOR FOODSERVICE/LODGING INDUSTRY VENDORS TO DISPLAY THEIR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.


2)GOVERNMENT AFFAIRS: PROMOTED THE FOODSERVICE, HOSPITALITY AND LODGING INDUSTRIES ON BEHALF OF THE DUES-PAYING MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION; ADVANCED THE WELFARE OF THE RESTAURANT AND LODGING INDUSTRY IN OREGON; COMMUNICATED WITH LEGISLATIVE REPRESENTATIVES, REGULATORY PERSONNEL AND THE PUBLIC REGARDING ISSUES THAT IMPACT THE FOODSERVICE, HOSPITALITY AND LODGING INDUSTRIES.
