RESIDENTIAL SERVICES - PROVIDES SUPPORT WITHIN HOMES AND APARTMENTS THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY FOR ADULTS TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBILITY TO COMMUNITY LIVING AND INCREASED LIVING SKILLS. SUPPORT IS BASED ON THE NEEDS OF EACH INDIVIDUAL RECEIVING SERVICE.
EMPLOYMENT SERVICES - PROVIDES WORK EVALUATION, JOB TRAINING, JOB COACH SUPPORT, AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR ADULTS.
RESPITE CARE AND SENIOR SERVICES - PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR ADULTS WHO EXPERIENCE ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE AND RELATED DISORDERS, AND ALSO FOR THEIR FAMILIES AND CAREGIVERS. THIS HELPS SENIORS REMAIN AT HOME OR IN THE COMMUNITY AND TO PREVENT OR FORESTALL PREMATURE INSTITUTIONALIZATION SUPPORTS OFFERED INCLUDE ADULT DAYCARE, CARE COORDINATION, AND RESPITE CARE SERVICES.
FAMILY SERVICES - FAMILY SERVICES PROVIDES ESSENTIAL SUPPORT SERVICES TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH AN INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY (IDD), CHILDREN WITH A COMPLEX MEDICAL CONDITION (CCMC) AND ADULTS WITH A PHYSICAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY (APDD).
