TO COMBINE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, LEADERSHIP AND SOCIAL ACTION TO EXPAND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL, TRANSGENDER AND QUEER COMMUNITY AND THOSE WHO SUPPORT EQUALITY FOR ALL.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH, TRAINING THROUGH SMALL BUSINESS GRANTS AND CAPITOL. GBSA OFTEN WORKS IN COALITION WITH A WIDE ARRAY OF COMMUNITY PARTNERS TO ADVANCE THE VIEWS OF OUR MEMBERS, THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY, AND SMALL BUSINESSES.


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (INCLUDES BUSINESS LITERACY AND BUSINESS ACADEMY PROGRAMS). GSBA OFFERS ONE-ON-ONE CONSULTING SERVICES WITH OUR SKILLED ADVISERS WHO BRING DECADES OF EXPERIENCE AND A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF THE UNIQUE CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES FACING LGBTQ+ AND ALLIED BUSINESSES


OUTREACH AND MEMBERSHIP SERVICES (INCLUDES COMMUNICATIONS, POLICY, NETWORKING EVENTS) EMPOWERING OUR MEMBERS TO EXPAND THEIR SOCIAL CIRCLE AND EXCHANGE IDEAS BY OFFERING REGULAR EVENTS, ROUNDTABLES, AND WORKSHOPS TO NETWORK WITH SOME OF THE BRIGHTEST MINDS IN WASHINGTON'S LGBTQ+ AND GENDER-EXPANSIVE COMMUNITIES. GSBA ADVOCATES FOR POLICIES TO BENEFIT OUR MEMBERS AND COMMUNITY AT CITY, REGIONAL, STATE, AND FEDERAL LEVELS.
