OUTREACH, ADVOCACY, & EDUCATION: LEAD, PROMOTE AND ADVOCATE FOR EDUCATIONAL ADVANCEMENT OF HISPANIC NURSES INCLUDING THE DEVELOPMENT OF MORE HISPANIC SCHOLARS AND EDUCATORS; PROVIDE MORE LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR HISPANIC NURSES; EXPLORE AND DEVELOP PARTNERSHIPS TO HELP PROMOTE THE EDUCATIONAL ADVANCEMENT OF HISPANIC NURSES AND IMPROVE HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR LATINOS IN THE UNITED STATES. UNITE THE LATINO HEALTHCARE COMMUNITY TO ADVOCATE FOR THE HEALTH CARE ISSUES AFFECTING THE HISPANIC POPULATION THROUGH THE HISPANIC HEALTH POLICY SUMMIT.
