DCPEA PRODUCES A MONTHLY NEWSLETTER FOR THE MEMBERSHIP WITH INFORMATION ABOUT CONTRACT, EDUCATION ISSUES, NEGOTITATIONS, AND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS.
