TO CREATE EDUCATIONAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS FOR MALE AND FEMALE EXECUTIVES IN THE TECH STARTUP SECTOR AND TO CREATE INITIATIVES FOR INCREASED EDUCATION IN GENDER EQUALITY IN THE TECH STARTUP SECTOR. THE LEADERS IN TECH FELLOWS PROGRAM IS A TEN MONTH PROGRAM FOR A CURATED CROUP OF DIVERSE LEADERS OF HIGH GROWTH TECH COMPANIES WHO ARE COMMITTED TO BUILDING HIGH-PERFORMING AND CULTURALLY HEALTHY ORGANIZATIONS. COMMUNITY GOALS ARE TO: 1) FOSTER AN INTIMATE ENVIRONMENT WHERE TECH LEADERS SUPPORT EACH OTHER IN ADDRESSING THEIR MOST PRESSING CHALLENGES; 2) PROVIDE A VENUE FOR EACH PARTICIPANT TO BECOME MORE INTERPERSONALLY INFLUENTIAL AND SKILLED AS A LEADER; 3) BUILD A DIVERSE COMMUNITY; AND 4) BUILD A VALUES-ALIGNED COMMUNITY OF COMMUNITY-MINDED, HUMANISTIC SERVANT LEADERS. IN 2021, LEADERS IN TECH ADMITTED 24 FELLOWS. THE LEADERS IN TECH INTENSIVE RETREATS ARE 4-DAY INTENSIVE RETREATS THAT OFFER A TASTE OF THE LEADERS IN TECH FELLOWS PROGRAM AND IS OPEN TO FOUNDERS, EXECUTIVES, AND VENTURE CAPITALISTS. IN 2021, LEADERS IN TECH ACCEPTED 36 PARTICIPANTS INTO 3 RETREATS. THE LEADERS IN TECH CONTINUATION PROGRAM FOR FELLOW GRADUATES FACILITATES MONTHLY MEETINGS AND PERIODIC EVENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE FELLOWS PROGRAM. IN 2021, LEADERS IN TECH LAUNCHED TWO PEER GROUP FOR 17 FELLOWS GRADUATES.
WE ACT AS THE FISCAL SPONSOR FOR INNERSPACE LEADERSHIP COMMUNITY WHICH LED LEADERSHIP RETREATS FOR STARTUP EXECUTIVES. THE PURPOSE OF THE RETREATS IS TO HELP PARTICIPATING EXECUTIVES DEVELOP EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE. THEIR INTENTION IS TO PROVIDE EXECUTIVES WITH THE TOOLS AND INSIGHTS THEY NEED TO BECOME MORE EFFECTIVE AND COMPASSIONATE LEADERS IN THEIR COMPANIES.
