LIBRARY EDUCATION: RECEIVED AND ADMINISTERED VARIOUS GRANTS. A NOTABLE GRANTOR IS THE CALIFORNIA STATE LIBRARY FOR SUMMER READING PROGRAMS HELD THROUGHOUT THE STATE AT PUBLIC LIBRARIES WHICH ENGAGE YOUTH AND ADULT READERS AND ALSO FOR QUALITY STANDARDS.
ANNUAL CONFERENCES: HELD THE CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION WITH INSTITUTES, CONCURRENT SESSIONS AND AN EXHIBITION OF LIBRARY-RELATED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES FOR MORE THAN 1,000 PUBLIC, SCHOOL, COUNTY, ACADEMIC AND PRIVATE LIBRARIANS, LIBRARY STAFF, AND LIBRARY FRIENDS AND FOUNDATION TRUSTEES.
